Westlake Psychiatry & Psychology is looking to hire a contract psychologist to perform comprehensive, very in-depth psychological/neuropsychological assessments (depending upon their training), as well as provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are a blended psychiatry/psychology practice. Additionally, we are striving to incorporate additional disciplines/services (nutrition, social skills, executive function support) in the future, so there is opportunity to expand in a collaborative, warm, friendly, and professional environment.

 

Unlike many other group practices, we offer administrative support with a team of compassionate, caring people, so it is a great way to transition to private practice from other settings.   We offer website presence, opportunity to blog (can also guest blog on a Psychology Today blog), marketing support, networking opportunities, and collaboration/peer supervision.

 

We are 100% private pay in the Westlake area of Austin, with a strong network of referral sources, and we are just looking for the right people to add to our team. We will consider those of pre-licensure status.

 

Education level: Doctoral Degree in School, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology

 

Pay Scale:  Contracted rate commensurate with experience

 

Preference will be given to candidates who can serve in a full-time capacity (30 direct client hours per week with additional time for progress notes and administrative tasks like report writing), as well as to candidates who are willing to provide services outside of traditional hours when needed.

 

Qualified candidates are encouraged to provide de-identified sample reports and may be asked to provide information supplemental to this application/CV. Preference given to individuals with flexible scheduling (night or weekend).
